Tero Oinonen, Executive VP, North-Europe, has more than 30 years of experience from senior management positions in sales, marketing, and business development within the pharmaceutical and pharma service industry. Prior to joining BC Platforms Tero worked at Novartis, AstraZeneca, and University of Helsinki and was the founding partner for a life sciences strategic consultancy company Spark Partners. Most recently, Tero led a contract research organization (CRO) called 4Pharma, which was acquired by BC Platforms in 2023, growing its capabilities in providing data intelligence analytics services to clients. Tero holds an MBA degree from Henley UK and BSc in Engineering.

Åsa, bringing over 25 years of experience with clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry and contract research organizations (CROs), leads the Scientific Services at BC Platforms providing biometrics research services for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and food sectors. Specializing in biostatistics, data management, and analytics for clinical trials and real-world data studies, her expertise extends to guiding cross-functional, global teams with a strong focus on leadership and business development. Åsa, and her expert team at BC Platforms, provide provide consulting in data collection, statistical methods, analytics, data visualization and CDISC data standardization.
